1 cup of butter
6 squares unsweetened chocolate
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1-tablespoon vanilla
½ cup floor
1cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Melt butter and chocolate together. In a large bowl beat eggs. Blend in sugar. Add chocolate mixture and vanilla sir in flour and chocolate chips.Pour into a greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 300 degrees F. for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool and cut into squares. Store in refrigerator.
1 Package active dry yeast
1 cup warm water
1 1/2 cup whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Preheat oven. Dissolove yeast in warm water. Allow to rest 5 minutes. Stir in while wheat flour, 1 cup white flour, sugar, salt and olive oil. Knead in remaining unbleached white flour by hand for about 5 minutes. Grease a medium size bowl. Pick up dough and place in bowl and turn to coat with grease. Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for about 15 minutes. Grease one one 14" pizza pan. Stretch pizza crust to fit pan and flute outer edges to hold fillings. Top as desired. Bake until the cheese is melted and crust is browned.
