The Course

What the media studies course is about at E.C.I. is

just understanding how the media tries to appeal to

us, more specifically teens. The course goes in and

shows a breakdown of what the media is all about,

and how it functions. The course covers quite a bit,

from representations in the media, to what the

music industry is all about. By the end you will be

more aware of what the media is doing, and how

they really try to appeal to you so that you will buy

their merchandise.
