  • Each student will research one task involved with bicycle repair. You will create a document with visuals that details the important steps of the repair and maintenance.
  • You will bring in a bike that needs repairing and you will do the repair in class time.
  • You may choose among the following choices. You can base your repair/maintenance choice on the type of repair needed.

            Clean all parts and re-oil

       Repair and change tires

       Re-Cable a brake system

       Repair broken wheel spokes

       Re-Calibrate the gear system

 

  • Each individual student must create an instructive document. You may work with a partner or two partners to fix the same bike (3 repairs = 1 group of 3)

Note: Your summative Cardboard Boat Project will be going on at the same time
